6 Relaxing YouTubers I'm watching right now
Looking to bring some calm to your YouTube subscription feed? Check out these relaxing YouTube channels, covering everything from sustainability and illustration to books and vegan food.

YouTube’s algorithm can make it surprisingly hard to stumble across genuinely calming channels. If your subscription feed could use a bit of quiet, here are six that are worth your time. Most of what I watch falls into three camps: books, illustration, and the calmer end of lifestyle — planning, cottagecore, slow living. The channels below all fit that brief. They’re soothing, they teach you something, and they make ideal lunchtime viewing. ## Mina Rome A long-standing favourite, and far from undiscovered. Mina’s well-paced videos cover vegan recipes that are genuinely achievable and often rather unusual. One particular highlight combines two excellent things: picnics and brioche buns. ## Minnie Small Minnie is an artist based in south-east London. Her narration is soothing, her paintings are beautiful, and her videos offer a proper glimpse into the day-to-day life of a working illustrator. ## Sustainably Vegan If you want to learn more about sustainable, low-impact living, this is the channel to visit. The food preparation videos are the standouts, but Immy covers a wide range of topics across the channel. ## Never Too Small For anyone interested in interior design — or simply nosy about how other people live — this channel tours small apartments that have been designed in clever and unexpected ways. They range from genuinely tiny to more standard small-flat proportions, and some solutions are far more practical than others. Calm, inspirational viewing. ## Emmie A more recent discovery, and a bookish one. Emmie’s soft-spoken narration, cosy setting and mix of day-in-the-life vlogs and book-themed videos make for very relaxing watching. A word of warning: your to-be-read pile will grow. ## Frannerd Fran documents her work as an illustrator who has built her own brand and online shop, filming from her studio in Brooklyn. Her vlogs are ideal to draw along to. Expect iced coffees, honest stories and plenty of beautiful sketchbooks. If you have any recommendations of your own, leave them in the comments. Happy watching.
